RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want every toy to arrive exactly as expected. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, complete and in their original packaging.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please send your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected. Bank processing times may vary.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return postage is normally paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective or sent in error.
